Terrific Mexican food truck located on the premises of Side Launch Brewing Company (200 Mountain Road, Collingwood) Once you place an order you are given a buzzer to know when your food is ready. The staff are friendly, but most importantly, the food is BOMB Pictured below: - Fish tacos x2 (crispy BC rockfish) - Ahi tuna poke tostada Both were absolutely divine Choice of multiple hot sauces available too (little ketchup-like containers to pour hot sauce in) Will definitely be back next time I’m in Collingwood
The BEST tacos I’ve had anywhere in the world. Mexico, US, not even close. The flavours are insane and so well put together. Had one of each taco- will be back many times this summer!!!!
Tacos and beer are always a good idea and Mamacita never disappoints. Food is always fresh and flavourful and their own brand of hot sauce complements the food perfectly. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
Absolutely delicious!!! If you are not a fan of Mexican food, give this place a try and you won’t be disappointed. If you are a fan, you are in for a treat. This is gourmet Mexican fusion out of a truck. Nothing is from a can here. Everything is made in-house (in the truck?). Even the hot sauce! The crew running the place are helpful and professional. Their passion for this amazing food is obvious. Keep up the good work!
Mamacita is so dam delicious! Each dish is hand crafted to perfection. From their tacos and nachos to their rotating specials you are going to want to keep coming back and try them all. These guys don't miss! Friendly staff, sweet truck and great location. What more could you ask for. Beer, delicious tacos, live music and sunshine! Mamacita is what summer is all about!
Mamacita Tacos, located next to Sidelaunch Brewery, is a food truck worth visiting! We tried a variety of dishes—pork, chicken, and cauliflower tacos, as well as the veggie quesadilla. Everything was delicious, but the veggie quesadilla was a true standout. It was generously filled with beans and veggies, topped off with their incredible special black sauce that took the flavor to the next level. The tacos were great too—flavorful and fresh, with each bite leaving us wanting more. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. While the prices lean on the higher side, the quality of food and service make it absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would — this place is absolutely unreal. The tacos are always stuffed full, the ingredients are amazing so you don’t feel gross after, and the flavours are just incredible. I always get the al pastor and usually try out the special (crossing my fingers they bring back the gochujang bc that was next level). This is the kind of place you tell everyone about... which I definitely have. Seriously cannot get enough!!
AMAZING!!! It was an explosion of flavors. Super good and quality food. My friends and I enjoyed fish, beef, and chicken tacos plus nachos. The food was another level. Service also was super friendly. We definitely will recommend Mamacita to everyone visiting Side Launch brewing in Collingwood.
